When you look inside campers, oftentimes you’ll find cramped quarters and a tight atmosphere. This doesn’t always have to be the case, a prime example being our 2020 Gulf Stream Innsbruck 276BHS. Where other campers give you a hole to hide in, this beauty has room to spare. Its majesty is really only appreciated when you’re parked up with the slide out. Despite being only just under 28 feet of coach it feels like you’re in a palace.
On the outside our Innsbruck is adorned with remnants of a life well lived, the stickers from Yellowstone and other scenic vistas like badges of honor, and this camper is only begging for more. Its beefy dual axles and full size spare give you the confidence to go anywhere. You’re not towing mom and dads pop-up, no, you’re towing the Taj Mahal on wheels. Broad picture windows dominate the exterior (8 to be exact) on top of the signature two tone Gulf Stream paint job. Plentiful storage ensures that nothing has to be left behind, the motorized tongue jack makes for a speedy set up, and your double propane tanks keep you camping longer.
The interior of the Innsbruck is distinctly split right down the middle, with two coach doors you can enter either through the living room or the master bedroom. Just like a double hotel room out in the woods, there’s a passthrough door on the inside for ease of movement. The master bedroom with the queen size bed boasts two wardrobes and a wall mounted TV, but the real treat is the rest of the camper. A unique feature of the Innsbruck is the ‘double double’ bunk beds. Instead of having two twins stacked on top of each other like it's a county jail, you get two double beds which are able to sleep more than just a child. A fully grown adult could sleep in these bunk beds and not be miserable. On top of that you get another two sleeping options in the form of the couch and dinette.
I could go on and on about this camper, the full L shaped kitchen, the walk in closet and pantry behind the entertainment center, faux fireplace heater, full bathroom, but thats what the brochure is for. The main thing our 2020 Gulf Stream Innsbruck offers is value. Brand new something like this would run you over three times the asking price for ours. Aside from the cost you’re getting a camper that can sleep 6-8 people without being elbow to elbow with everyone. It gives you space to live, the only downside is your partners might want to spend more time in the camper than they will outside.
