The 2018 Forest River Wildwood Heritage Glen is truly a beauty to behold; it is the nicest unit we have on our lot and is just wonderful to be in. When the slides are in the unit is large, but not to the point of making it impossible to drive. Aiding in the driving experience is the inclusion of a Furrion back-up camera. The exterior is quite stylish with red and grey accents; to add to the looks of this unit there are many running lights that makes an already gorgeous unit look even cooler. There is a front storage compartment that runs parallel to the axels in the front of the unit, perfect for storing everything you don’t want in your car.

The true charm of this unit lies, in the interior: when you open the two slides (which can be operated via a remote, along with the awning and leveling jacks) you will be greeted with one of the largest living spaces in a travel trailer which is the picture of magnificence. There is a leather couch along the back wall with two side tables. On the rear driver side are two reclining leather chairs across from a large TV. The TV can utilize several streaming services including Netflix and is attached to the units built in speaker system. The speakers are also connected to a radio/cd player, that also works with Bluetooth and can play both inside and out. Below the TV is faux fireplace heater that is wonderful in the colder months. There are a collection of shelves and cabinets on the same wall, perfect for board games and such.

The adjoining kitchen is quite large making mealtime a joy. There is an island in the center with a very large sink, the fridge/freezer is also incredibly large coming in at 10.7 cubic feet. The kitchen also has a large 3-burner gas range. The unit also comes with a microwave for all the theater style popcorn you will enjoy with this unit’s massive TV and speaker system. The kitchen also comes fully equipped with innumerable cabinets that will make organizing utensils and the like truly an ease. The dining area is a delight, the table can fit 4 comfortably with its two comfortable booths. It is under a hooded lamp that makes any dining experience feel immediately classier. The dining table also folds down into a bed, perfect for smaller children.

You’ll be happy to discover that it has an outdoor kitchen with fridge, ice maker, sink, and cupboard. You’ll be able to do your grilling as the outside gas grill is ready for action with a propane line, which is mounted on the rear bumper.

The bathroom is well-sized and well lit, a stark juxtaposition to other, more claustrophobic, RV bathrooms. The sink has a subtle backsplash and a splendid chrome faucet. Adjacent to the bathroom is the master bedroom; adorned with faux wood there is a very cozy feel, not dissimilar to a cabin. There is a smaller TV across from the bed for late night movie binges. The bedroom also has an incredible amount of storage space for all your luggage, allowing for long trips without having to worry about what to leave home: with the Wildwood Heritage Glen, you can take it all. The bed is perhaps the biggest selling point of the whole unit, it is a 12-inch-thick aftermarket California queen and supremely comfortable.

The unit boasts several aftermarket upgrades including an upgraded second 15000 btu A/C, easy to connect winterization hook-ups, and larger liquid propane tanks. This unit is quite special: it gives off an air of opulence and class that you just can’t beat. It is quite roomy with an incredible amount of storage. Even small details are there, like its tinted windows making any unsavory neighbors on campsites unable to peer in.

There is faux wood floor and trim along with a false stone backsplash that along with warm color lighting gives a very cozy feel.
