In the world of recreational vehicles there are campers of all shapes and sizes. With the general consensus being bigger is going to be better. More options, more features, more space, why not go big? Today here at Art’s RV we’ve got a camper that breaks the mold. Our 2017 T@b, proving that big things can indeed come out of small packages. Made in the iconic teardrop style this futuristic camper is full of surprises.
The exterior is just as functional as it is stylish. From stem to stern the Tab is an eye-catching silver combination of fiberglass, composites, and sheet metal. The propane tank and battery shroud at the front both complete the look and add to the already excellent aerodynamics. To cut down on the length of the camper the spare tire is mounted to the underside of the trailer. As opposed to traditional windows the T@b’s are plexiglass bubble windows that serve two primary uses. Firstly they cut down on the overall weight on the camper, are less likely to catastrophically break, and on top of that they increase the thermodynamic efficiency of the camper. The polymer windows transfer temperature far less than glass keeping the interior climate stable.
While the interior of the T@b is less than 50 square feet of space it packs everything you could ask for inside. Stepping through the coach door you’re immediately met with the kitchen which is surprisingly accommodating for its size. There’s a two burner stovetop with a glass cover, refrigerator, and a small sink. There’s enough cabinets to accommodate your essential kitchenware, and all the handles sink into the doors so you're not bumping into them trying to move about the cabin. The manufacturer also found the room to mount a Jensen stereo and CD player in the cabinet just above the countertop.
By some marvel of engineering this little travel trailer sports an all in one bathroom behind a clouded glass door just to the side of the kitchen. It’s generous considering a good amount of campers this small don’t even feature bathrooms. If that’s not generous enough for you there’s also a wall cabinet mounted air conditioner giving you the most amount of comfort possible and weighing considerably less than a roof mounted unit. That’s infinitely easier to service, maintain, and replace if necessary. Speaking of ease of use, the T@b is a host to cutting edge heating technology. To make the most efficient use of space possible the T@b employs an Alde Direct Vent Boiler that provides both heat and hot water to the travel trailer that can produce heat even in a winterized state.
If you need a comfortable, small teardrop travel trailer for two then look no further than our 2017 T@b. It’s an option for everyone, even a Toyota Camry can tow it. Come to Art’s RV to see this beautiful silver bullet before it shoots off our lot.
