Our brand new 2024 Riverside Retro 135 is a perfect example of these principles. It has all the look and spirit of an old square Shasta but with all the modern comforts and amenities you’d expect to find in a camper today. It’ll comfortably sleep 3, has a full bathroom and kitchen, and it all comes in less than 2,750lbs of camper, with another almost 1,000lbs of storage capacity. All inside of exactly 15’9” from front to back.

On the outside the Retro 135 is a monument to the campers of old with some modern inspiration. A sleek two toned silver and black paint job dominates the exterior, which by all accounts has one of the most unique silhouettes of any camper out there. Instead of having the typical rear bumper mounted spare, the Retro’s spare tire sits proudly on the nose, right next to the factory included motorized tongue jack. The back of this camper is reserved for the coach door giving you infinitely more room on the inside. The outside speakers beneath the motorized awning are a subtle giveaway that Retro is in the name and the style only.

Evidence speaks for itself and a step inside this brand new camper proves that there’s nothing Retro about the inside of this camper. Immediately on your left as soon as you walk in is the private bathroom complete with a walk in shower, campsite amenities be damned. On the right is the tried and true Dometic refrigerator/freezer that’ll work on both propane and shore power. Descend even further into this gem and you’re met with ample storage space surrounding the kitchen, which includes a 2 burner propane stove top with a range exhaust hood above it that looks beautiful next to the stainless steel sink and faucet. The microwave is above it all and a faux tile backsplash ensures your walls don’t get too messy. Comfort will never be an issue inside this camper considering the staggering 15,000 BTU roof mounted GE A/C alongside the blistering 20,000 BTU furnace.
