As you may know, I have inherited responsibility for Ben & Jerry's Scoop Truck program this year. I'm working through the logistics of a program that operates under varying conditions in eight different cities across the US, and finding it quite a challenge to make sure that each truck is mechanically and legally sound.
I want to thank you for the work that you have done with the scoop truck-- making sure that it's stored safely, working to ensure that it's running properly, and, MOST OF ALL, spending time at the Department of Motor Vehicles to get it registered. It is very important to us to have the scoop truck available and ready to go for the program that we're going to start at the beginning of May, and we recognize that we couldn't be doing this in a timely manner if not for your efforts.

I wanted to thank everybody at Art's RV especially John and Dan for providing me with such outstanding exceptional customer service. My experience with dealing with the both of you and your staff was a pleasure. I have to date used my camper on a ten day trip to Montana and had a great time. I am already planning a two week trip to Baja California next month and can't wait to get back out on the road.

good experience buying a used camper from here. Dan sent us extra photos since we had to drive 5 hours to see the rv. he provided photos of everything he felt wrong with the camper. great experience. wished we lived closer so I could give them more business.
